OMG #3
third spidey, caught 5 minutes ago.

WTF?

do they think there's some sort of spidey convention going on in my room?!

spidey #3 is a very, very tiny weaver. even tinier than babyspidey. he's the size of a comma -> , with stripey legs!

this one happily spun a web hanging right under the bulb of my desk lamp, right in front of my face. by the time i noticed something swaying in the light breeze, he'd built the main 'beams' of his web and was about to fill in the walls... i was just commenting to my friend on msn that i see cobwebs on my lamp and there might be another spider around, when lo and behold - that little speck of ash that i thought was stuck on the web, started to run along the web-beams! holy macaroni.

can someone tell me what the fuck is going on?

am i experiencing spidey-invasion?

At least it wasn't like this dude...
http://www.fazed.org/content/clock_spider/

check out the link to see the freakiestestest spider found at home. i think i'd do a faint-wakeup-faint-again a few times if i saw this...

on the why question, it could very possibly be spider hunting season cos of the wet weather. more insects fly around and therefore they got more food to eat.

more food to eat means make more babies?! i dunno...am no scientist...

LOL!

i was wondering what a clock spider was... turns out to be the huntsman. :) i doubt i'd see one in singapore (or my room) unless one of them followed me back from australia!

i'm having trouble finding food for 3 spideykids! where are all the darn insects?

considering the number of new roomates you have now, i wouldn't discount anything.

just don't scream so loud that you bring down the house when you see the huntsman though.

errr... maybe they are either invding your place...revenging soon or perhap Peter Parker is hiding under your bed?

you know what i suspect? i think they might have hitched a ride in my jvc sound system! because jvc is on my desk right now... maybe all the babies are taking their time to come out from there... and maybe, there are different breeds that have traveled here!

yeh, we've never had spiders (or visible ones at least) since forever, and suddenly they're all popping up!
JVdrag0nette on July 9th, 2007 03:50 pm (UTC)
they're all not that big though... nothing like full-grown monster-types. :D

i'm wondering how big spidey #1 will grow. i think it's time to think of a name for him! :)
