the taste of macau

ever since i subtitled a drama series in which the male protagonist had milk custard as a child with his father, i've been wanting to try some.

it was rather nice! sweet, milk-flavoured custard. i think it would have been even nicer if the custard was a little firmer, but perhaps this varies from restaurant to restaurant?

i will try the original ones in Macau one day! :)

I think some of the yum cha places have them but too far (and hot) to go.
