dinner on tuesday night, with mingster and tellie.

met tellie for the first time! we got along like a house on fire... three of us yabbered non-stop. :) we were so busy talking that i kept forgetting to take a pic of us. :P

soup with puff pastry is always a hit. soup of the day was mushroom, which i reckon is their best soup flavour anyway. :) i know there was a little online debacle awhile back about how bad the service can be at some of the outlets, but i can definitely vouch for this branch @ suntec city. the service is flawless here. they're super on-the-ball and truly make it a point to make sure everything is shweet for their diners.

i've always liked benches. more so than normal seats. normal seats are so... normal. there's something booth-like about bench-seating, even if they aren't actual booths. i like booths. :)

mingster and i shared this platter, which had two extremely large oysters baked with cheese. this was heavenly. the potato skin wasn't so good because i let it get cold, so i only ate half of it. mingster tackled the wings because i'm lousy at eating wings (i get them all over my face). nachos in salsa dip were tasty (but then nachos seldom go wrong). side dish buttered rice was savoury with bits of mixed vegetables, and the salad was average (what little bit i munched on tasted quite fresh).

conversation was carried over to starbucks for a cuppa, and didn't end till almost midnight.
